Are there Walking Trails and other Activities on the Property
One of our favourite past times is to walk around our property. It is a truly spectacular property with lots of beautiful vantage points and many hidden treasures. Given that it is a rural property, we highly recommend wearing covered shoes when walking.
Down by the lake are 2 kayaks that you are welcome to use. In the carriage house on the dam you will also find outdoor games (plus indoor games and books) such as Bocce, Finska and Croquet. We ask that you please leave them as you found them.
Are you environmentally conscious?
We endeavour to recycle and reuse whatever waste we can and not waste resources on our land. Our water is all sourced from rain tanks so we ask that you use it wisely. We recycle our coffee pods, paper and all glass and plastics so hope that you can help us by sorting your rubbish. We use as much food waste as we can for compost (no meat, fish or fats though). All chalets are supplied with appropriate vessels for sorting waste.
